Located in a fantastic part of Alfredton, this property was a fun project and allowed us to demonstrate our use of colour.  Having been lived in by the owner and then rented as an investment property, it needed an uplift with minimal budget.  Working with some unique colour within the home, we created a warm and inviting space for potential new owners or a very marketable rental for investors.  Amazingly, the first open for inspection attracted 30 groups!  A bidding war followed soon after.
