This classic Lake Gardens property had been a rental for the vendor for several years so was a bit “tired”.  After some painting and upgrading of floor coverings we were presented with a clean palette with a neutral colour scheme – just the way we like it! 

Knowing that our target market was likely to be a female over 45, we set about making sure that any prospective buyers fell in love with the home as soon as they entered it.  We definitely succeeded in that as when the owner walked in after we had completed the installation, she claimed that she had nearly changed her mind about selling it!  We used a colour scheme of blues and greens that worked perfectly with the grey tones used to paint the home.

This property sold after the first open for inspection at the top end of the price range – needless to say the vendor was delighted.
