Our client knew exactly what her target market would be and we set about ensuring that our styling would appeal.  Believing that the potential new owners of these units would be female and over 45, we set about making sure that from the second you walked into every room, you fell in love with the luxe styling and furnishings that we used.  Lots of traditional furnishings with a modern twist and beautiful soft furnishings definitely appealed to the buyers.

One of them loved it so much they wanted by buy some of our pieces!  Again, both properties sold within weeks of being on the  market during a turbulent time.
