We love a challenge and this property certainly gave it to us!  With a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms in the home, we really had our work cut out for us. 

We believed that the potential buyer would be a family that also wanted a separate unit out the back possibly for a grand parent or an au pair.  With this in mind we set the front of the home up for a family – including a gorgeous kids bedroom and modern and stylish living spaces.  The two bedroom unit at the back of the property was set up in a very feminine style that would appeal to its potential tenant.  Sitting at the high end of the price range and presenting such a unique proposition over the quiet Christmas period may have presented a challenge for a quick sale.

It didn’t – the property was sold within the campaign period to some very happy new owners.
