This was a unique property located in beautiful Ballan.  It was built by the owners to a style that had always appealed to them – a style that you would see on the coast.  After deciding to finally move to the coast to pursue their dream of a life on the beach, they approached us to help them with partial styling.  Using the beautiful features of the home – gabled ceilings, beachy colours, lots of warm exposed wood – we were able to turn this home into a beautiful oasis for potential buyers.  Already located on a beautiful garden setting, we used a lot of colour and eclectic décor to appeal to a broad range of the market.  It hopefully demonstrates our versatility in being able to provide outstanding results for even the most unique of homes.
