Late one recent Saturday afternoon, after working along day on a major installation, we got a phone call from a lady who had just viewed a property that we had styled in Victoria St, Sebastopol.  She was amazed by the styling we had done and wanted to talk to us about helping her style her property that was about to go on the market.  Great news, except for the fact that the photographers were arriving that coming Monday!

Early Sunday morning we headed to the property to find a very anxious vendor with a property in no state to be photographed.  After convincing the vendor to delay the photo’s and campaign by a week, we got working on the project.

With only days to have the property cleared and styled, we were able to bring an amazing new lease of life to this appealing home.  Light and airy with big rooms, we were able to give a nod to its mid-century heritage while highlighting the modern way the home could be presented.  One very happy vendor, one very surprised agent!
