Our first out of town project was a gorgeous mid century home in Flora Hill, one of the most popular suburbs Bendigo.

This home was a blank palette with heaps of features for us to work with!  The beautiful stone fire place in the living room gave us a great back drop for a modern classic modular sofa, some vintage art and of course the obligatory bar cart.  A stunning entry featuring glass walls was also given the wow factor with a gorgeous piece of art and a stylish console.  The four bedrooms were also given a touch of quirky luxe.

End result?  The property sold $30k above the asking price within three days of hitting the market.  A great outcome for all!
