This property was the long term family home to the vendor and the decision to sell was highly emotional.

Although not convinced that styling would help the outcome, he was wise enough to engage our services.  We presented this home as the perfect family home with the most amazing potential for its future life.  The home felt full love and memories and we wanted to capture the attention of a family that would give this home it’s next chapter.  Using colour and warm tones, we were able to transform this property from a dark and somewhat drab interior to a warm and welcoming, stylish home.  The vendor was initially reluctant to inspect the property after we had styled but when he did was blown away at the results.  This home attracted 20 groups at the first open for inspection.
