Kym and Claire were fortunate enough to be asked to quote on the styling of a property late on a Thursday afternoon. The vendor and the agent were hoping to list the property asap and have it styled for a photo shot and caravan for the following Tuesday. The property was inspected, and even though a challenging job, we were confident that we could ensure the property value was maximised in that time frame.

The outdated 70’s 3 bedroom home needed a serious injection of life and style.
We were advised that the target market (given the location) was going to be downsizers, young professionals or young families. We styled the property accordingly with the best quality furnishings we routinely provide. The vendor also had some mobility issues and lived over 30k out of Ballarant so we were happy to offer our “open for inspection” service. Before every open, we arrived earlier to set up heaters, lamps, lights and candles to make sure that the property looked its best,,,,all part of the service!

The result – the photo’s advertised online recorded an amazing outcome and as a result over 13 groups attended the first open for inspection. The property sold after the first weekend on inspections – at the top end of the price range.
The vendor is amazed at the result and we are all delighted for her for getting such an amazing result!
